12 Days of Christmas – Day 8

Day 8 of 12 Days of Christmas

On the eighth day of Christmas…

Today I want to share 8 meals with you

I’m going to share one of the weeks that is in Conquering Meal Stress Membership with you that you can plug into that planner that I posted yesterday. Each week I share a pdf that includes 5 base meals and 1-4 meals that can be made with some of the same ingredients. After 3 weeks of doing it this way, you will have a week’s worth of meals ready for you in the freezer.

WEEK F1

  1. Mustard Chicken. Place chicken breasts in casserole pan. Place thin ham slices on each breast. Mix mustard and shredded cheese and spread on top of ham. Sprinkle more shredded cheese on top. Bake until chicken reaches internal temperature of 165°. Serve with egg noodles and green beans. Then you make Chicken Cordon Blue Casserole. Reserve 2 chicken breasts and cut into bite sized pieces. Chop ham in bite sized pieces. Mix both with egg noodles and shredded cheese. Place in foil pan and freeze for Meal 5. Save sliced ham to use for Breakfast sandwiches.
  2. Tuna Melts – Mix canned tuna with mayo and relish to taste. Scoop onto lightly toasted English muffin halves. Top with tomato and a slice of cheese. Broil until melted. Save muffins and sliced cheese for Breakfast sandwiches.
  3. Sweet and Saucy Chicken – Place chicken breasts in crock pot. Add a packet of onion soup mix, 1 cup peach or apricot jam, 1 cup French or Russian dressing. Cook High for 4-6 hours or Low for 6-8. Serve over egg noodles. Place same ingredients in freezer bag. Freeze for Week F4
  4. Spaghetti and meatballs. Freeze extra sauce and meatballs for
    Week F4.
  5. Chicken Cordon Bleu Casserole. Mix cooked, diced chicken with
cubed ham and egg noodles. Add cheese and a little milk. Bake til hot and bubbly.

Then, for breakfast – Make sheet pan scrambled eggs. Grease sheet pan. Next, whisk a dozen eggs, salt, pepper, and 2-3 Tablespoons milk or water. Pour into pan and bake at 350 for about 15 minutes. Make sandwiches with egg, ham, and cheese on English Muffins.
Wrap in plastic wrap and freeze.

So, you have 8 meals here. There are 5 base meals, 2 to put into the freezer for later, and 1 breakfast. Try it out and see how much time, money and sanity it saves you. Then, get ready for an awesome deal tomorrow that you won’t want to miss!
